Outlook Integration for E-mail

Need help prioritizing your e-mail? Effervescent SalesMax checks unread e-mail messages against the Effervescent SalesMax database and “flags” e-mail from customers and prospects so you know which e-mail messages to respond to first. If one of those flagged messages is a literature request for example, you can insert the appropriate files from the Effervescent SalesMax Library into your e-mail response in two simple clicks.

If you need to forward an e-mail or send a new e-mail to another Effervescent SalesMax contact, with Outlook integration you can select contacts directly from your Effervescent SalesMax database, even if the Effervescent SalesMax application is closed.

When you're ready to send e-mail using Outlook, you can choose to automatically associate and archive it to the account history of a contact or account within Effervescent SalesMax by simply clicking a button at the top of the e-mail.

 
Outlook Integration for Calendars

Schedule appointments for Effervescent SalesMax and non-Effervescent SalesMax users alike by viewing any Outlook user’s "free/busy" schedule from within Effervescent SalesMax!

When an Outlook meeting request is e-mailed to a list of proposed attendees, Outlook keeps track of who accepts and declines your invitation. If you're a Effervescent SalesMax user, your Effervescent SalesMax calendar is replicated and is automatically synchronized with your Outlook calendar. This means that with Outlook integration, a non-Effervescent SalesMax user can schedule a meeting request for you that will appear within Effervescent SalesMax.

 
Outlook Integration for Contacts

Outlook integration now makes moving sharing contacts between Effervescent SalesMax and Outlook easier than ever. Simply click “Add Contact to Outlook” and Effervescent SalesMax will automatically transfer the relevant contact information from the contact record and populate an Outlook Contact form with it. It's equally easy to move contacts from Outlook into Effervescent SalesMax as well.

 
Outlook Synchronization: Silent and Automatic

Synchronization runs automatically and silently eliminating the need to manually perform the task at regular intervals. You also can sync contacts, calendar items and tasks from Outlook to your mobile device of choice.
